⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re thinking about trying Consabor a Mexico, just go. Seriously. This place is amazing. The food is full of flavor, fresh, and you can tell everything is made with care. Every dish hits. The vibe is just as good as the food. The place is super cute, the atmosphere is beautiful, and it feels like the kind of spot you want to stay, relax, and enjoy your time. This is the kind of restaurant you bring friends and family to and know they’re going to love it. I’ll definitely be coming back again and again. Authentic, Friendly, and Delicious! Bring your appetite. Exceeded all expectations! The staff here clearly takes pride in their work. Our wonderful server introduced us to a fermented pineapple drink called Tepache that was tasty and great for you! This spot is a absolute gem for anyone seeking a truly authentic Mexican dining experience. From the moment we walked in, the service was top-tier—attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The food, however, is the real star. You can tell everything is made with high-quality ingredients and traditional techniques. The flavors are bold and complex, not just 'seasoned,' and the salsas have that perfect handmade touch. It’s rare to find a place that balances such great hospitality with food that tastes like a home-cooked meal. Highly recommend the carnitas on the freshly made warm tortillas!
